Welcome to Ready Stay. By booking or staying at any Ready Stay property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.
1.2. Guests must provide accurate information when booking, including full name, contact details, and number of occupants.
1.3. Prices vary depending on season, demand, and length of stay.
1.4. A security deposit will be required and will be returned within 7 working days after checkout, subject to inspection.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
2.1. Cancellation policies will be stated at the time of booking.
2.2. No-shows are charged the full booking amount.
2.3. Early departures are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
3.1. Standard check-in time: 2.30 PM
3.2. Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out must be agreed in advance and may incur a fee.
4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. Guests must respect neighbours, keep noise to a minimum, and comply with local laws.
4.2. Only registered guests may stay overnight.
4.3. No parties or events are permitted unless agreed in writing.
4.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
4.5. Pets are not allowed.
4.6. Guests must keep the property clean and report any damages immediately.
5. Property Damage
5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
5.2. Damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to the payment method on file.
5.3. Ready Stay reserves the right to claim additional costs if damages exceed the deposit amount.
6. Safety & Security
6.1. Guests must ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
6.2. Fire exits, smoke alarms, and safety equipment must not be tampered with.
6.3. Ready Stay is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
7. House Rules
7.1. Guests must follow all posted house rules within the property.
7.2. Failure to follow rules may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
8. Maintenance & Access
8.1. Ready Stay may access the property for urgent maintenance or safety reasons.
8.2. Guests will be notified in advance whenever reasonably possible.
9. Liability
9.1. Ready Stay is not liable for injuries, accidents, or issues arising from misuse of the property.
9.2. Ready Stay is not responsible for external interruptions (e.g., utility outages, noise from neighbours, weather disruptions).
10. Data Protection
10.1. Guest information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2. Personal data is never sold to third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
